LSJ isnt that the 2.0? and if so wouldnt it jsut be better to buy a S/C cobalt? Unless your talking the HHR and then youd think that GM would wisen up and put the 2.0 in the HHR... corse that makes to much sense for GM

Read the article closer they claimed 71 horse power gain with a 148 base, which is the 2.2 stock HP rating. now take into consideration that its the 2.4 which has the base hp of 170 you only gain 40 soemthing horse power. that turbo only kicked it up to 212.

from motor trend "On STS's chassis dyno, the system boosts output of the HHR's 143-horse, 2.2-liter Ecotec DOHC I-4 by 71 ponies" that equals 214 hp now subtract the real base HP which is 172 hp and you get your new hp gain which is 42 for 4 grand.

Maybe those numbers are at the wheels. Makes sence as a 2.4 would dyno pretty close to that at the wheels. Would love to see more on it

Yeah i thought that my self but ive never know motortrend to do at the wheel testing. I emailed darkside to find out whats up with that and get some mreo exact specs. I'll let you guys know what they tell me.

so all this talk about turbos. did we finally figure out what setup would be the best or she we wait for better ones to come out. is 6 psi all the best we can run without major internal mods. I love my car i just want to make the son of a bitch as fast as i can.
