Turbo 2.4 dynoing this Sat
Well to Zduece and Dragonsfire..
Im pretty sure that mustang dyno is on point. Mustang dynos read low becuz there mainly used for tuning purposes. Now if you guys would've gone to a DynoJet im sure your numbers would have been higher. 215whp on a mustang is like 240-250 on a dynoJet and 247whp is like 280-300ish (i only say it can be higher due to uping your boost). I really wouldnt sweat it guy, seems to me your running right.
@Dragonsfire...you say your graph was jagged and not smooth. Thats a tuning issue so if i was you id talk to Vince to clean that up or to your HP tuner guy.
@Zduece...On your graph it looks like (on my phone lol) that around 4500rpm you lost some power. Did u hit like a boost cut or whats going on there?? From what i see it looks like after 4500 you lost power and your curve is super jagged.

sounds like it did when i had spark blowout awhile back.. like he was bouncing off the limiter and whatnot. when i do the meth im gonna just get new plugs again and gap them a tad lower than .35. maybe ..32 and see if that does it.
Don't let it get you down. If you trapped 109mph your car is making more power than that. I know all about low reading mustang dyno's. The one my car was tuned on only put down 336/335 (cutout closed through a 2.5 catback) . I know by my traps it makes a lot more than that.
hes got some odd luck...
i think i have spark blowout again.. and i do have an exhaust leak.. hmmm...
gonna swap plugs when i do the meth and re dyno lol.. spark blowout sucks i think that was it but ill find out soon.

Zdeuce4,
Don't worry about the numbers. All that matters is that you use that same dyno everytime you make a change now. Sure, if you want to be dyno queen , go find a dynojet, or better yet dynapack, and have them set correction factor to STD. You'll make the numbers, as said before, your 109 trap shows that. Make your new changes, then go back to the same dyno and see how much you gained. That's all the dyno is useful for anyway. Also, the jaggedness of the lines really depends on the smoothing setting the dyno operator used on the graph. You can make the worst tune look great with lots of smoothing. Oh and get some sticky sneakers on that thing already!

250 each almost lol..
Joseph he said just get in touch with him if you are interseted in getting tuned. he can talk to ya about the distance and what not. i would strongly recommend this over other options.
does he have any experience with meth?
i plan on doing that next. but the shop we dynoed at is gonna be tuning with hpt now. i dont wanna have to go to htown everytime i tune and doing the meth setup i want a solid tune.
