it's NOT worth a damn. get poly or solid mounts, or fill your own. i had the damper and sold it. the filled my mounts and actually saw results.

lol i have no idea what the nws! meant i just picked it on a whim. Im not looking for solid mounts as this car is my DD. Im looking for better off the line w/o spending a bundle or mailing my PCM/TCM.

Its probally just like the Ingalls. One torque damper won't really that much from another one I'm sure. One might have better quality or something, but I doubt it b/c Weapon-R is a reputable brand too. My girlfriend is actually getting ready to buy this for her '05 Tibby V6 6-speed.

I don't think it will fit w/ your GMPP intake. I believe your heatshield on the intake will get in the way. My Ingalls works b/c I have a CAI that dosent interfere with the placement of the damper.

It connects to your passenger side motor mount via a bracket. Haven't you seen pics of an engine torque damper installed on a Cobalt before? This forum is crawling with members with the Ingalls installed. I'm sure someone could get you a pic. I have the Ingalls, but I don't have any pics of it on, and my digital camera was recently stolen.

^there we go. Thats the Ingalls though, but the Weapon-R looks the same, only its a gunmetal color and says "Weapon-R". But you get the idea.

Also, keep in mind that the 2.0 SS/SC intakes are on the opposite side, so that big area the your left when looking at the pic will be filled with an intake on a 2.4SS. My Ingalls just barely clears my AEM CAI piping, and im pretty sure any short ram intake equipped with a heatshield won't fit properly.

SOme have had issues with the Ingalls bending. Then they switch to a SMM (solid motor mount) for example ours, Turbo Tech Racing, or the ZZP.
