boost guage and piston ?

i want to install the LNF boost guage in my LSJ. I know i will need a different sending unit but i was wondering if my computer looks at this, and if it does will the new sending unit give my computer wrong boost numbers...or will i have to have a tuner interpret this for my computer? Also, Im only finding the "Diamond Pistons" forged pistons for my LSJ. Are these any good? I found wiseco pistons but with 9.2:1 comp ratio. If anybody knows what site i can order wiseco or JE pistons w/ stock compression please lmk. thanks...

the lnf boost gauge will need to change a sensor for the one of the tc. it will not have any effect in the computer, it will be like you change the display of your boost gauge for one that say 30psi, so until you dont change the sensor it will read like the gauge it is up to 20psi.

as for the piston lot of people here use diamond piston with out any issue.
