Cooling issue

I have a dual bypass,H/E,meth but my IAT2 is staying high..I was having my car tuned yesterday and it was about 90 outside my IAT2 was like close to 200 WOT....We flushed the system and the coolant was still staying cold...anyone have any ideas

laminovas are getting clogged some how or theres build up on your laminovas. Your ic pump was working fine. Or even your heat exchanger is gettinga a clog... Another thing to was your cat, we both know its fucked so sionce its getting clogged it coulda made the exaust gas stay in the combustion chamber so therefor causinn heat toich would cause your iat2s to go up since it reads on the intake.
