You'll probably have to use the -7psi spring. Mine came with a -11psi and it would surge badly before it blew off, got a -9psi and it still chatters a tiny bit before it blows off. Now I got a -7psi in the mail to try out. According to Tial's BOV spring chart -11psi is what we should use but I guess not.

i'm thinking the -9 psi spring, but we shall see when the car is up and running. it's only 30$ a spring so i figured why wait i'll order them now so i don't have to wait on it later if i need it.

You're running a different intake maniofld too right? That would make a difference in vacuum so our setups would probably need different springs.

the stock system will support gobs of power....with a new pump you should be able to hold out on the stock lines and such for your power goals with no issue.

save money where you can, spend where you need it.(new turbo)

allright finally a light at the end of the damn tunnell. so the motor is being put back together tomorow, should be finished by next week, then all the fab work gets started when motor and new tranny is back in. this weekend while i am waiting on the motor i will be finishing up the returnstyle fuel system. all in all the car should be back on the road for break in in about 2 weeks. final tuning won't start till i get a 1k miles on the motor and 2 oil changes. once the fuel tuning is done, i'll take it to a dyno so i can get my timing right and then i'll be able to post some number.

Trust me, I understand. Everytime mine has broke or something has happened, it has sat for anywhere from a month, to over 4 months! There has been at least 4-5 occurances I can think of off the top of my head. There is nothing better than getting it all back together, and going for that first slow cruise with the moonroof open. Usually at like midnight or later sine that is when the car is finally ready after busting hump to put it all together!

Take your time and make sure you check, re-check, and check things again. Break her in nicely, tune her slowly, and do it right the first time.
