jimbos'ss turbo build
yep now i'm just waiting on the manifold to come in. and as soon as the engine and tranny are in i will take the car to r&e racing for the intake manifold fabbing and the cold side piping.
so your waiting to have the car back together before they start in the intake mani???
i'd hate to see you have a piece thats not gonna run at max% eff.
bigger trim = more air flow per wheel.

turbos are tricky *****, you've only started to scratch the surface.
when you start dealing with exhaust side you get heavy into turbine dynamics, the ratio between compressor and turbine wheels comes into play, surge line worries, ugh....i could go on forever.
go luck with things, once you get it tuned you'll love it.
i love the hell outta mine, every time i hear the wheel start come in and the air mass starts moving i just smile!

Another one eh? I thought mine would be done by now, boy was I wrong. At least I got a deal on a good turbo. Personally I think your going a bit big, I 've been looking @ what other cars with similar motors(4g63 specifically) have been getting good luck with for my choice. And I've kept one good guideline in my head, never go by what hondas use.
good luck. Keep us posted.
