I say go with the .63 just because the spool isn't to bad. What will you be revving to? I think the .48 will be to restricting at higher rpms and cause the power to level off or fall.
Oh well ok then I'll add a 5 bolt gasket to the list along with topping of my Trans fluid, change my oil, make sure I have the grey sealer for my oil pan, and new spark plugs
Nevermind Cmiller I talked to MAPerformance about it they fixed it for me. So they have the vband with .48 AR and .63 AR but with the 7200rpm redline would it be best for me to stick with the .48 AR or go with the .63 AR? Where are my turbo gurus
on stock motors 7200 is the limit.
On revving motors the following is needed to support each mod.
NBS or Neutral balance deletes from zeromotorsports
82# zzp valve springs, 330 shipped with titanium retainers on zzp ebay store
ati balancer, 440 bucks zzp or elsewhere
CAMS, get stage 2 from zzp or get a custom grind from comp cams 500-700 bucks
you are looking around 1700 bucks to do everything needed to rev, plus the count of tuning. I have done the first two mods, since I was in the block already, the other two I will do when I get the cash.
