today, started using the secondary injectors spraying VP M1 methanol

M1 methanol + water + careful programming of transition = DELTA P!

GT42 is the light blue line/green for turbine.
Red is intake manifold pressure, yellow is turbine pressure 1

Note the green line in the top graph, that is MAF lbs/min. It has been flattened in the CAL to reflect the M1 systems addition to the total fuel load. The white line at the bottom Graph however is raw MAF frequency and truly should reflect mass flow changes... Although it slowly increases with RPM it seems to plateau more or less once 32 psi is achieved and the transition occurs of turbos.
If you run it setup for absolute mode on the primary gate (PR High in green graph #4) and keep that a steady 2-1 PR, system response is faster, but Delta P overall is negative by a half Bar or so. The twist comes with the MAF freq more or less is the same in either mode, having a positive delta or negative at the cyl head.

What size gate and spring do you have on the small turbo

Initial dyno run at mustang dyno

440whp at 33psi

It is as far as it can go today without changing the LP turbo gate spring.

Of course, another speed bump on this build

Engine started over heating, and BTF saw that on my killer glass radiator tube (transparent glass), coolant wasn't flowing. He suspects that water pump died

45psi =~4.1pr. If you can get each snail to run at a 2.0pr (~14.5psi) your overal system efficiency will increase. Even bossing towards the lp snail a little beyond equal may be ideal, since it will be more efficient at higher airflow than the hp. Would have to study maps based on pr though.

Just offering input. I've done something similar. Letting the big guy do the big work was the key.

Well for the past few days, while the head was out, Rick Gifford aka BTF found out a lot of issues and probably caused coolant flow stoppage, as well as limited the whp on dyno:

1.) #SMGmotoring #fredsimmonsjr is a CROOK!!! Save your money, and go somewhere else! He supposed to install aftermarket valves that I supplied him, and do valve job/headwork but he ripped me off! He never did any headwork! Plus on top of that, he plugged old stock valves on my head! He even used different kinds of valves! #SMGmotoring #fredsimmonsjr is a POS scumbag!
I paid him full price and referred customers to his shop, in return he stole my aftermarket valves, and didn't do his job!

Even my good friend Joshua Guzzetti with his solstice "project scarab", this SMG shop installed used cam followers which caused the catastrophic engine damage on his build

2.) head started lifting after 35psi and regular arp studs need to be upgraded. We recently got ARP L19 set which should be able to handle 45-50psi.
During high boost, coolant was being pushed out.

Hopefully, after all these issues have been fixed, we can achieve the whp goal!

L19'S Suck if you don't want to have to keep changing them (corrosive)

I was going for 625+, unfortunately it's about $1200 to get a custom set

Not worth it

Well, for the past three weeks lots of parts were upgraded to these:
- ZZP gen 3 LDK girdled block (BTF will o-ring)
- ZZP stage 2 cams
- brand new LNF head, valves, crank.
- ARP L19 head studs

Will continue to use Carrillo H-beam rods, Wiseco Pistons, and Supertech valve springs

Well my whole engine was out, and discovered that the valves are messed up.....my head gasket needs to be replaced. Two sleeves of my block sunk so the deck needs to be machined.

All those issues need to be addressed so my motor can run properly.

So to answer your question, yes.

If we didn't pull out the engine, we won't discover all underlying issues.

We'll be re-using the Carillo h-beam rods, wiseco Pistons, and supertech valve springs.

With the fresh & upgraded parts, I'm hoping the motor will finally work to its max potential

That's what I'm curious about cause on stock engine e25 and meth with 7163 I made 481. So I'm hoping for some big LNF numbers from your setup!

Thank you.

Now that there are no more undelying issues that we didn't know about......with a fresh start of good solid parts, I'm hoping that there will be no more road blocks *crossing fingers*
