LS4 TB to LNF IM?

Has anyone tried to install a LS4 TB and mount it on a LNF IM or made a TB plate for this type of setup?

Also is a LS4 TB drive-by-wire or cable operated? Can one post pics of all 6 side of the LS4 TB.. thanks..

zzp said they used a larger tb setup on the lnf im and saw no real gains.
stick to stock.
