Need help oil galley plugs stripped/bit broke inside!!!!
Ok so here is whats going on.... 1st galley plug we tried to remove the torq bit broke inside. So we buy another one and try to remove the other plug and well that one got stripped. The one on the side of the head by motor mount stripped as well. :cuss ing:
The third one in the rear is not even accessible due to that pipe looking part being in the way. So is there any other way to get oil? Most likely no, correct? Or is there anything else I can do to remove the stripped plugs? I was thinking of cutting a slit so I can get a big enough flat head in to try and break it loose.

If you got the original bit out of the thing and the plug is FUBAR, then you can try to use an extractor bit on the chewed up stuff, but be careful - from my experience with them they bite in damn near permanent, then fracture themselves.
I've also gone the route of taking one of my hardened bits and welded/brazed it to some bar stock - creating the devil's own persuader. It can still shear off where the taper is, but it'll work better than those weak as **** keys.
