Who? Where?

I don't have a supercharger so no pulleys!
I won't be posting that!

I just like to see what everyone is doing, just to see what is possible!

When I get some more money *or* I blow up my motor I will be doing a full build cause thats just how I roll!

There still aren't many cam options out for the 2.4 yet though.

I don't think I really want a high reving engine, I just like knowing its solid!

Don't you need to upgrade coils if your gonna run over 7k RPMs?

springs u mean? upgrading ur valve train is so it can support the power u plan on doing...rebuild an engine doesnt really mean u are building more power..just means ur engine can handle the power u want to make. the power comes from more air or higher octane allowing u to advance timing in ur tune. things like that increase the power (thats why people drop pulley sizes) but if ur like me and beat the **** out of ur car til it frys a piston u have a problem lol..thats why i am doing my build

some people like brian (area47) have a screw or 2 loose and havent pushed the envelope far enough to there liking and want more...

I was talking about spark plug coil packs. Don't they have problems at higher RPM's with output.

Well the springs will be helpfull under higher boost, not just high revs.
Cams and pistons (compression ratio) directly affect the power curve of the engine. I want to build up my motor so I can run more boost later on.

My rods are forged and are probably OK for my needs. I would like to get up to 350HP at the crank eventually, I think that will put me at a good spot where I shouldn't blow the transmission. *I hope*

The engine shouldn't burn a piston if the A/F ratio is as it should be. Go lean and burn.
96 octane fuel at the pump would be nice. That is my biggest holdback. I have to tune for 92 to keep it streetable. My 10.4:1 comp ratio makes it not the best for high boost. I'm keepin it around 8psi. That will still put out 241WHP and 263WTQ! (hahn's recent dyno numbers)

Yeah I actually had Hahn set mine up for 91 to be safe. When I go to Tahoe this spring I don't want to burn a piston!

Yes sir! Unfortunately I haven't been able to drive my car much because of issues with the turbo kit. It seems to be pretty stiff though. I had to remove my DC sport strut tower bar to make room for the intake pipe. Gonna modify that later, just want it to run first!

I got mine a tad early cause I had a non SC car and there was some ??? as to whether it would fit! I was pretty certain that it would or I wouldn't have bought it. As it turned out all cobalts have the same subframe!

there is a reason why im doing springs. not just for the sake of the cams. nor increased rev limit.

i have hit my power goals. well exceeded them actually. now i have a new goal in mind, and im fairly certain i can hit it with minor mods.
