Nice job, I see what you mean about it being a bit crooked. Are you running a solid motor mount, because I'm worried if the motor moves much, like with wot, that compressor may give before your firewall. Maybe it's not as close as the pics appear. Hope she runs as well as you hoped for.

I'm the first cobalt with it on.
I didn't like the long fitting he sent so I bought a shorter -10 russel fitting that looked a lot better to me.
What's kind of power is the hhr making on that setup?

Havent dynoed it yet.
The owner had a few issues.....the turbo went bad after a month. Pte took care of it. He has some additional things he wants to do before he hits the dyno as well. He has the 5862 though. Providing he gets the stuff to supply fuel it willput down good power.
I was really displeased with a few things in the kit. The feed and drain being my biggest issues followed by all the mild steel flanges welded to stainless tubing. Hense why i asked about the drain. Passed that it worked as said and fit pretty well for the most part. I built the guy all new charge piping and modified the hhr air box. Pretty sleeper looking honestly.

I would clock the compressor housing a bit so that the charge pipe coupler goes straight into the turbo. It is a long couplers so prob no issue but I split a couple because mine wasn't straight
