Could you provide a comprehensive list of comparable budget turbo's that are comparable to Garrett's line? Comparable turbo's to a GT28R, GT30R, and a GT35R.

I'm looking on building a budget setup and am looking for 350whp with great spool on or around 20psi of boost. This turbo will be going on a built 2.4L and not an LSJ.

why would you not do this yourself?

start matching up compressor maps, flow Vs PR.

any who, whats your "budget" per say?

I'll match them to my beloved prescion units, but there not cheap.

with a 2.4, that'd be stuped.

the turbine is to small for that that CI.

if you just want a real quick street terror, I'd lean toward a 2876.

look at the turbine graph (not compressor map) for the 71mm turbine Vs 76mm.

Higher the number in the turbo name, doesnt necessarily mean faster.

The GT28RS will handle 350whp at 20psi...and since im at about 300whp at 10psi. I doubt i'll have to go up 10 more psi to hit 50whp. Not to mention, anything over 15psi you run the risk of blowing your intake mani.
