What kind of headers are best for my car?

What kind of headers are best for my car?

I have a 08 Cobalt LS five speed it has a injen muffler and a injen CAI. I was wonding what kind of headers would be best and what i should get to get the max horsepower i could gain from it.

Well you obviously need a set of Injen headers to complete the set-up!

its just the muffler not a full catback

you want a better answer?

Ok.

First put a true catback on your car the LS has rather small factory piping on it.

Second ZZP Hahn Clear image and a few others all makes good headers.

ZZP midlength header with 1.5" primaries, and 2.5" exit with ZZP downpipe. I would also recomend 2.25" tubing from the downpipe to the injen muffler.

Also we are not making fun of you, just giving you a hard time, thats it.

Maybe 8-10 hp. Not to sure.

Alot more with a tune.

You will benifit more with full-bolt on's before you tune. Just depends where your want you powerband to kick in.
