Hey if i buy another 1st gen projector but it comes with Halogen bulbs will it still fit the HID bulbs? Reason I ask is because my bracket broke on mine right now so i need a new one and want to go to CCFL but they come with halogen. any advice here?

 

They should fit as all gen 1 take the same bulb

 

Yeah they will fit.

 

Gen 1 lights are not CCFL unless they've been modified, so choose wisely.

 

Well i am buying them with the CCFL already modded on them. I know what to look for when i get them as my CBR1000 has green CCFLs on the projectors. Thanks, just wanted to make sure because i know the H1 Halogen looks different than the HID version so just makin sure. My 1st gen are LED but i talked to the seller on ebay and they have a set of pictures of what they are putting in. and I told him that if they dont have CCFL im sending them back so thanks again
