2.2 and 2.4 please help. a pillar part number

Hey. I'm trying to get a part number for the a pillar on a non s/c car. I tried calling up my dealership, but they kept asking for my vin number, and not the one I want. So if anyone has taken it off, will take it off, or has the number off hand, thanks. I've tried searching gm parts direct, but no luck because of the lack of a part number. I'd rather not pay over $100 for a SS S/C replacment.

i was thinking about just giving you a call instead of making a post, but I wasn't sure if you knew what it was, or if you painted over the sticker or anything like that. Also, usually I'm not up this early, so for some reason I never expect others to be

Here you go Tim

I thought there was another thread that gave both right and left P/N but that is for the left one. Also, it is for a car w/ side airbags. I believe the only difference is that with side airbags you have a plastic piece that holds the airbag back. HTH

I am in Kansas right now otherwise I could find the sales slip from when I bought mine. If I get bored I'll pull my passenger side pillar off and get the number for you. But don't count on me to take that much initiative.

Oh, I don't need the passenger side. Just the drivers side will do just fine for me.

I'll let you know when I'm done. I'm not sure if it's gonna work out, but once I'm done you'll be the first to know
