2nd gen CCFL projector users chime in!

Just wondering how you connected your CCFL's to the car. I ordered a set of these projectors, I plan on getting HID's. I need to know which size bulbs to purchase. Are there two different sizes, one for high and one for low beams? I am hearing differing opinions on this. Most say H1's for the high beams and H7's for the low beams. I am also not straight on how you connect two different bulbs to a system which previously only used a single 9007 unit. Is there some sort of Y type adapter that makes this possible? All the help you can offer would be greatly appreciated! Pictures or step by steps would be great.

you don't need a y adapter or anything. simply unhook the stock headlights from the headlight harness and plug the 2nd gen into the headlight harness and your all set. 2nd generation headlights use H7 Bulbs. this is for both the low beam and the high beams.
but if your getting a hid kit you just need an h7 hid kit for the low beams and just use the bulbs that come with the headlights for the high beams and ur all set.
hope this helps

Great help, HIDs are on the way. Thank you. I will post pics on the results of all this, in about 2 weeks.
