I've always had success with PlasmaGlow brand headlights. There about $20 shipped for a set. I had them in my previous car a 95 Grand Am, They're in my wifes car a 96 Sunfire, and my parents even liked the look so much that they wanted sets too, so there in my moms alero and dad's safari. I had mine for a year and a half and never had any problems. Everyone else is on about a year without problems. I do have a link for them, but am not too sure on the policy here for linking. If you want some info, pm me.

Go for MTEC Cosmos. They have 9007s and H11s (if you have fogs). I got mine from automotivelightingusa.com and then convinced them to join the site as a supporting vendor. They were pretty good with service.

My lights look extremely bright with some bluish tint. I've gotten compliments from tons of people on them since I put them in. I'd post pics, but none of the pics I took of them really show how nice they look. And if you have fogs, definitely get the H11 set to match. They are made to imitate the HID look and they're probably about as close as you're gonna get without frying any wires.

They'll run you about $40 a set shipped. Check 'em out.

I prefer Silverstars, because the people with non-HID bluepainted lights really bother me. I like the pure white of silverstars. They make it so much easier to see than blue tinted lights.

Actually the US SilverStars have a blue tint to the glass.
