Angel Eye Wiring
Ok, i have looked around cobaltss.net and cannot find anything about this, i just purchased the new angel eye projector headlights off ebay and was woundering if there is anyway to hook them to a switch so i can turn them on when i want, someone told me it could mess up the relay switch in my car or something with the computer on the car. Is this true or am i getting a load of crap from this guy, cause i dont want them to be hooked up to my daytime running lights. he said thats the only way, thank you for any help.
guy is fulll of crap.... to hook up to a switch.... group all of the positives together and all of the negs... using a thicker gauge wire, ground the ground lead to chassis and the positive lead go to a toggle switch.... on the other lead of the toggle, go to a battery, or a fuse then a battery +
this way it is completly indipendent of your car and cannot harm it at all. you acould also replace the battery with a tap into a fuse circuit such as HVAC so when u turn ur car off they shut off and u dont drain the batt

ok, so if i hook the positive wires into a fuse in my fuse panel it wont effect anything and will have enough power to make the angel eyes/leds as bright as they should be? i did this on my friends integra but did not hook it to a switch so his are on when his key is turned, but i didnt know if i should believe this guy about it messing up something on my car.
