I'm about to order the metal one but I'd like to be sure it fits alright on our 7mm adapters?

he recommended that one because he said the rubber one (which I wanted originally) won't fit alright with the adapter, it'll leave a gap.

could you guys please post pics?

 

my adapter is on the way.... if not im gonna take jackalopes suggestion of the corvette antenna

 

i had the same problem. i have a late 06 i guess too. i just put the antennax on my old monte carlo and just ended up cutting my stock antenna.
