As anyone had any paint problems on the back bumper of there SS?

I purchase a Yellow SS in the summer. After a few times washing it red spots on the bumper start showing up. So i take it back to the dealer and they said it was the enviornment. I didnt think it was so there body shop tried to buff it out but that didnt work. So they took pictures and sent it to GM and they said it was Rail Dust from when it was shipped. It is funking crazy that the ship the car uncovered. So i had to take it to a body shop to conform what GM said. Then GM said that a qualified GM body shop had to fix it. So they fixed it but i looked at the bumper the other day they didnt do a really good job removing the rusted metel that is stuck in my paint. If anyone is having this problem just keep complaing to you dealer. I am going to call GM and complain because the dealership is not going to listen to me.

i had that problem on my Z24, your best bet is to buy a clay bar but wash it first and the clay bar will remove the spots
