Audi R8 Mod<My Retros

Finally finished them. Pretty happy with the way they turned out. Alot of work, but worth it. Here's a few photos

(IDK why this picture is so shitty, I tried fixing it...)

I ended up drilling out all of the dimples in the shroud and putting LED's in them. I originally was going to put CCFL's in there but the halos were to small, so I just improvised.

Before lenses go on

LED's

Not some of the best photos. The sealant was still drying when I was taking the last few pics. But over all I couldn't be happier.

Photo Added

this is before I wired it. I basically wrapped all of the positive wires around the right side of the shroud then out the bottom, and the ground the opposite way. Thats why if you look in the photos you see this big red 10 gauge wire hanging lol.

3mm leds in there? Curious how you wired them, any pics of the rear of the shroud?

ah ok I see how you did it, not bad! I was going to do it that way but had a hard time deciding how to wire it and went with a single halo instead for simplicity.

I looked everywhere, pretty hard to find just lenses. I already have 3 sets of headlights, these were the best that I could find

I tried that, but I couldn't find any halos to fit the ring. I have the brand new 90 mm that were to small, and I just didnt feel like ordering 100mm and have them be too big. Like, the 90 mm were just a hair off. and I figured 100 mm would be a hair too big
