average install time on ss/sc front lip?

Just like the title says. Got my car back from the shop and the front lip didnt get installed because he "it was a project" and wanted to get my consent before installing it. *It was in there getting multiple things fixed/painted this was just one of many on the laundry list.*

Now i was always under the impression a novice could install this lip in 2-3 hours, assuming a professional body shop could install it in 1-2 considering they have all the proper resources. I have a pontiac g5 gt and i know the front slots have to be cut out.

Soooo anyone care to enlighten me of how much of a "project" this would be/going to cost me?

i cant read half of this man... but its not hard to put on.. lay the lip out in front of the car, you'll see where the tabs are..mark everything before ya do it an use a dremel(or knife or watever ya can) to cut the slots, put the lip on, clean it up.. take some pics an paypal me $22.99

it shouldn't be 2 hard for a body shop...
