I have an 06 2.4 SS

Is there (much of) a difference between the front and back lips for the SC and TC, any year?

Also, can anybody give me the part numbers for those (or their VIN number) pieces, so the guy I know at my dealership can get the parts and cut me a discount.

Or #2 being somewhere where independently where I can order and/or get the parts installed

The dealer should be able to look em up. It's called a deflector. Front and rear deflector is what u want. Tell em that.

they are the same for both nothing different at all. ill get you the part numbers in a sec hold on

front lip part number is...
12336084 07.831 EXTENSION,FRT BPR FASCIA

rear lip is...
12336082 07.831 EXTENSION,RR BPR FASCIA

and then you also need the little black pieces that go in the rear and the part numbers are...
89025744 07.831 GRILLE,RR BPR FASCIA EXTN...and
89025745 07.831 GRILLE,RR BPR FASCIA EXTN

and the best part is that since you have a 2.4 when you take your bumper of the holes you need to cut out are there just not cut out. just take you time with a dremal and try and make them just a little bigger it will help you alot

and yes the interior of the bumper has the guides....i let a body shot cut them and they still F#$%^d it up!!
