this si going to osund really frecking stupid but how do i get my badge off so i can paint them and what do i use to stick them back on?

I would also use goo gone to pull off the excess adhesive. And by double sided, he means 3m adhesive tape, not regular double sided tape.

To each their own bro. Some center them on the trunk, some on the grille bar, some on the grille, some replace back to original spot, and the list goes on....

Paint the badge Black, then put a yellow inlay SS logo in it. Then clear coat it, so the inlay wont tear. Will definitely look ****.

just put a line of painters tape at the top and sides of the emblem then when you pull it off you can put it right back thats what i did it was great

ya it was super easy and when i put it back on it was still level and in the exact spot i thought it was pretty smart

Another option would be to install a vinyl overlay which is much easier to accomplish. I am not sure what the site rules are but we sell these.

These are CF badges with UV resin over the top to to give them a 3 dimensional look. You can also get them in a standard vinyl which is less expensive.
