That's strange. Usually their customer service is top notch. Do they have a phone number you could call? Sometimes companies just forget about email when they get busy or behind.

The phone number for DIP YOUR CAR is (954)798-5142.... i just gave them a call they said gold was on back order but it came in friday so maybe ship today but no reason the other stuff should not have shipped..just give them a call and give them your order number and they should be able to tell whats up.

I did black with silver. I didn't add enough silver so it looks more black. I asked dipyourcar.com if I should Peel and start over they said wipe down the wheel add a coat or two of black then after that dries add silver. Its so cool this product is so easy

Here's my Gunmetal Dipped Car.
In person it looks more gunmetal up close, but like the photo, far away it looks black.
The wheel on my car is gunmetal, you can tell by the edge, and the wheel off my car next to it is black. The paint is still wet, but you can see that it's not the same color.
I think today, I'm gonna wipe the wheel down add a coat of black and start adding more silver metalizer to see what happens.

So it's been raining like crazy here the past few days (flooding all over the roads).
Driving home yesterday, I took a lot of huge puddles at a decent speed. Fast enough to cover the car, blow water high in the air and make it sound like my bumper and fenders were going to fly off.
I figured for sure that my plasti dip would come off, in hopes of making it easier to remove it this weekend... but no... it stayed on, perfectly intact. Not even a chip off.
This stuff is absolutely insane, I might coat my house in it.
