I am going to debadge my bowtie and cobalt letters next weekend, whats the best stuff to get rid of the leftover glue?

20lb fishing line, goo gone and a blow dryer or heat gun on a low setting.. elbow grease helps too

Turtle wax bug and tar remover.

fishing line, drape it across and pull the badge.
heat the goo with a blue dryer until hot.
spray on turlte wax bug and tar.
let sit for like 3 minutes or so.
wash the car.

it take it right off, almost 0 effort on my part.
just did this yesterday.

 

fishing line, goo gone, my fingers, and clay barred to remove any small crap left over
