Black Bezel Headlights

Stupid question:

Does swapping to the black bezel Anzo NON projector style head light assemblies do anything to dim the lights during night time driving? It looks like the reflector for the bulb is still shiny, but I was just wondering if anyone had tried the non projector lights?

something like this...

THanks!

it doesn't dim the lights at all, I painted my bezels black the exact same as those and it made no difference in light output. because the reflector is still .... for lack of a better word... reflective.
