Anyone have a black SS with a CF hood (namely the RK sport)?
Also, has anyone had any problems with the gas shock hood lifters on their new hoods?

the gas shock is gonna push the drivers side up a lil while the hood is closed. you'll either have to take it off or get a new one with a lower pressure rating on it. as for the black with cf hood. it will still be noticeable since cf dont really look black. it basically has a 3d effect to it.

 

Yeah, I've always thought it looked dirty in pics. Can't say I've seen cf on black in person.

 

id be curious to see a pic too caz i was considering putting a cf on my black tc

 

personally, black cars with cf parts look dirty
up close it looks sweet, but i think there needs to be a lot of cf to look good

yea i really like the cf on the red and blue cars. the only exterior parts i think id make cf are the hood and wing
