blacked out chevy emblem =]

yesterday i blacked out my chevy emblem. freaking happy as **** and it came out great except when me and my friend let it dry the newspaper got knocked over and touched it but its not a noticeable thing. looks fine.

this is the beforeee

me and my friend taped up everything with masking tape and newspaper

after we sprayed it

and the finshed product. we left it so that the silver outlining is still there and it looks sick.

we used plasti dip and it took about 30 mins to dry and like 4 hours to fully dry. im going to do my front emblem sometime this week. kinda have a snow storm now haha

Looks great! And for the front one, you should remove that one and paint it. Much easier

Just out of curiosity, how come you used plasti dip? And not a flat black or even a gloss black?

Aren't you scared of chipping?
