blacking out tail lights..

hey, saw some videos on how to do it, but i wanted to leave the white backup light alone, so how would I blackout the lights but leave the white backup light circle alone? if that makes any sense?

i used vht and they look great. you just have to prep them correctly and spray one light at a time. dont set them all next to eachother and spray them or you'll get overspray all over all of the lights and make them look dull. after you use the vht clearcoat the **** out of them. like 3 coats

to mask off the circle you need to put down some masking tape on the light and then trace out the shape of the the reverse portion of the light, and peel off the excess tape that you cut.
