ricer mod?..im sorry but ricer is used to easily on here on this website, and many people can back that up..."if u dont have a s/c or t/c your a ricer....if you have decals your a ricer...if you dont have the evo mod your a ricer....if you have neon lights or led's your a ricer....like really?
