Buyhid ?

I bought some HIDS from BUYHIDS website about 3 weeks ago, and I still havent received them. I tried looking up how to contact them and all I got was the e-mail, so I e-mailed them and havent gotten a response either. Im starting to get frustrated, has anyone else had this problem? Is there a phone number I can call? or should I just wait until i get them in?

I have never received an email from you. I just answered all my emails 5 mins ago... If you ordered from our black friday sale.. again i will say this for the 100th time. IT is a GROUPBUY. Sale ended on the 15th and order was placed on the 16th. Prices are cheaper as i do one BIG order. wait time will happen. This is explained on the order page AND in the thread. Please contact me Support@buyHIDs.com with your order number so i can look you up

I ordered some lights off his website last year and waited a couple months for them. Then I emailed him and it turns out that he didn't even have the order although he put in a custom order for me and he definitely got my money. My favorite part is how he always acts like he doesn't do anything wrong.

Uh no He said he emailed me. I did not get any email so he may have emailed our paypal email which is a no-reply email. Im on here 24/7 and my support@buyhids.com email is listed everywhere. pretty easy to contact me. And i dont remember anything your claiming but that was last year before we actually were a "real" business in the state of NH. New staff, new ordering system, kinda helps

BF, GB or not, it's taking way over time. A month and still no advancement is not pretty Professionnal.
Mailed and being replied by '' who are you '' and '' I don't know what you want '' isn't either..
For the poor 10$ I saved over TRS I should have buyed from them.

OK first, we only respond that way if you deleted previous emails that NEED to be attached to newer ones so we know what its about. Which we ask to keep attached always. When you send an email asking one thing, then follow up with a plain email requesting an update but you deleted the older emails that were quoted within it makes it 100x harder to help. We answer 100+ a day not including PMs. If you expect us to remember your email well im sorry that is impossible with all the questions i receive in a day.

Not sure how its not "Professional" when its all explained. If its a retrofit kit they all shipped Friday with a few shipping this coming Monday as we just got the order from them. Sale ended on the 15th. I ordered everything on the 16th. Its been 5 business days and i have already received everything needed from TRS for Retrofit kits and retrofit headlights and my HID order has already shipped from the factory. so it should be here next week sometime.. Not sure about you but thats pretty damn fast... So im sorry that you also did not read how the sale works. But theres nothing i can do for that
