Exclamation BuyHIDs retro help

So, i've had my buyHids retros for several months now. No issues, simple hookup, amazing work by Mike. When I bought them, I opted for the "better" morimoto ballasts AND relay harness for my bi-xenons. Well, this past weekend, my passenger side bulb went out (lo and hi).

-I checked the 4 fuses in the fuse box, all seem fine
-I tried the passenger side headlight on the drivers side, works fine.....so i know the bulb isn't bad.
-I swapped ballasts and I know the ballast is working fine
-I checked the two fuses on the relay itself, they seem fine.

I'm at a loss now It's even weirder b/c the amber bulb on the passenger light still works and is getting power...?

My question is, what else could be wrong. The relay harness also comes with 2 four-prong automotive type relays and idk if there could be an issue there? Or maybe I should re-check my ballast (i can't remember if i even checked it correctly the first time haha)

Regardless, every single thing works......except for getting power to the passenger side HID (which i know isn't burnt out). I'm thinking it has to be those big clear cube relays or something I'm just completely missing?

Any suggestions or help on where to troubleshoot next would be greatly appreciated!!!

So.......figured out my passenger side slim ballast is shot. I swapped in another 35w ballast from my fogs so I'm good to go for now. Keiser, you might know, should I shoot Mike a pm or email and let him know. Not too sure how to go about getting a warrantied replacement ballast. Also, thanks for the suggestions!
