Can I fix this?
I installed a ss rear lip on my base model g5 bumper. While cutting one of my slits, the dremel got away from me and before I can react this happened. Is it possible to fix or do something to make it look better??? Thanks alot here is a link to my photobucket with a picture

ya but its a legit hole in the bumper itself not a scratch that can be hidden by paint. I need to fill it in somehow or something lol
ya i think that is what i am going to have to do it get something that is black and fill in the hole. any other ideas??

the silicon should work fine. nobody even knows on mine. but i had to get a new bumper cuz i hit a deer so i just ordered a ss bumper and cut out the cross bar so im good it has slits in it already
lol ah yes, did this on my black SS N/A while installing the front lip (very easy **** up to do lol) I just filled it with black silicone, didn't even paint it haha! cant see it unless I point it out.
Black silicone?.....
Buy a $10 fiberglass kit. Suggest taking the bumper off. Patch the hole from the inside, then fill the small indent where the hole used to be. Use paint, not silicone lol.
Do it right, its a decent car.

so your saying to get a fiberglass repair kit and use that on the inside to cover the hole from the back side. then from the front fill the hole in with paint? If I am understanding you correctly, how can I fill a hole as deep as that with paint, just keep layering it or gobb it in there then smooth it out. Idk...??...
ya i just want it to look good because my car is in good shape and I obviously want the lip to look legit not like a cobbed pos, I am very pissed this even happened. Within a blink of an eye to dremel did this. majority says silicone would be the best??
