Please tell me your not wrapping your hood or trunk. Just buy a cf hood and trunk, lol.

Now, if your wrapping your roof or something to go along with a cf hood/trunk, that's pretty trick.

However, I don't know how to apply it. Sorry.

Very hard to work with. If you aren't careful, it gets tacky very fast. Then you'll have a hard time laying the fabric down tight without the adhesive sticking to it and pulling the pattern out of alignment. You'll get a wavy effect.

There are certain epoxies sold for this kind of job. They have a slightly longer working time allowing you to smoothly lay the fabric and ensure a tight fit and even pattern.

You can get it on eBay. Most vendors won't sell to new customers because of the short supply.

Their stuff looks like vinyl to me. It's not real CF. It's just a printed vinyl decal.

This seller has real CF fabric:

Not to be a downer but that guy did a really bad job on the fuel door. You can see where the weeve is spaced uneven and pretty crappy. If I ordered something like that I'd be pissed when I got it.

For those of you who want carbon fiber supplies check out http://www.fibreglast.com/ They are super helpful when you call them and they ship quick. They are high on their cf though so I suggest finding other sources for that but their adhesives and epoxies can't be beat.

I did my fuse box cover in cf and it turned out so so. Just fair warning to everyone be prepared to waste a lot of expensive cf when you are just starting out.
