CCFL + Halo problems
CCFL + Halo problems
I've searched as much as I can on here but can't find any answers.
I have a HID kit, two actually. I have CCFL Halo headlights. The driver's side headlight fires up with a HID bulb every time with any bulb/ballast combination. The right side just will not fire. I have checked every damn wire on this headlight and it is identical to the driver's side headlight. All of the connections within the headlight appear solid. I have wired up three separate ballasts and three different bulbs to this headlight and nothing. ******* nothing. Not a single fire. I use halogen bulbs in them currently with zero..repeat zero...problems. My fuses are fine. Every other bulb in the headlight fires up when trying to use the HID bulb, but not the HID itself.
Given that the halogen bulbs light up, I cannot for the life of me figure out why this ******* passenger side headlight won't fire up a HID bulb. I'm at my wits end here. Anyone had this problem or have any other ideas? Thanks
