cleaning recaro

yeah somehow i cant find the info on here. my recaro seats will not get clean. what is the best product to use to clean the cloth part? thx.

When I do mine , I use the Dupont teflon upolstery spray . I just spray the cloth parts down real good and scrub with a damp rag . The mesh cloth dries pretty quickly and look like new when done .

well i got it better this time with the stuff i already had but maybe ill try that dupont stuff. thanks. im also gonna put some 303 fabric guard on them too and hth.

any hints for cleaning the headliner, those GM mechanics managed to put some black stains near my sunroof...

been trying to clean my recaros as well, thanks for the advice!

you can use "tuff stuff." i have had good experiences with this stuff. you sould be able to get if from autozone or o'reily's, even wal-mart. not too pricey and usually works great on seats and headliner. of course you could always just hire a mobile detail guy to come out and clean it. i pay a guy 25 dollars to come out and detail my entire car. outside, tires, wheels, interior(dash, headliner, windows). does pretty good. good luck with whatever you choose.

They got mine dirty when they worked on my sunroof and I just used water on a rag and it took care of it with NPs.
