Really, i thought he had 20%, well they nailed almost everyone around with tint this weekend, riggleman got it too. I fugging sucks, bunch of bullshit in my opinion. I think what the stateboys have been doing the last few weeks is harassment. I would tell cook to atleast take a court date and show up, if the cop don't show they will throw it out... I have had so many people going 40% latley it's not even funny. Not worth tha hassle anymore. I'm scared to even bring mine out, i'm guareteed to get nailed, 5%, stupid, stupid, stupid... , lol...
