If I bought a BMW or a new acura I probably wouldn't even have money for food or paint none the less.

I think that BMW and Acura and Mercedes do a much better job making the interiors look awesome and not cheaper than a chinese toy factory.

That silver dosnt match the car. Red black everything then bam this bar of silver. But i do hate the plastic in the car, if it isnt black.. its getting black no matter what material it is in my car. but the plastic does suck.

I painted my trim a dark gray, and only people that know the color of the interior of a cobalt would ever know the difference. there's a fine line between nice and going overboard when it comes to painting stuff on the car though.

but like i said mines just a dark gray, would never know it was painted unless you owned a cobalt and know the stock color.

Yea I did mine black. I have no idea why they thought silver would be a good looking color. Everything in my car is red or black

I don't think it looks good to paint that ****. It's just an overkill, unless your car is Black, because you really can't overkill Black. Any other color would just be too much for me.

Oh, and how the **** is that rice?

I painted mine vic red but just the trim going across the front of the dash and arround the radio/havic controls. I think it looks good and most people that have seen mine like it.

I bought the victory red interior trim pieces from CED (not the ones with the lightning bolts) and I really like them. Brings a little splash of color to the inside of the car, and definitely looks better than stock.

I looked on the site to link a picture, and saw that they raised the prices by like $35 lol.. and the pics are tiny so its not worth it to link them.

^^ That looks good.

It goes back to my previous post, about how it's really hard to overkill Black. I could deal with a Black dash trim, but anything else is just too much.

i do agree some look rice but to make a general statement like that about fellow cobalt enthusiasts is why we get bad names cuz retards that make fun of their own cars are stupid...second off black on black doesnt look dumb solid color...ur taking the extreme opposite of that without consulting or doing ur proper research..............

people call it rice cuz years ago , all honda, toyota etc etc. owners had to whole interior from seats to carpet to steering wheel match. that i think is rice. just having your trim painted and not over doing it isnt rice. people definition of rice has changed throughout the years.
