dash trim question

I want to paint my silver dash trim in black to fit my black exterior. For now I have removed the long trim over the glove box and the one surrounding the head unit and the havc, but now Im wondering how to take off the 2 last trims on each side of the steering wheel. If someone can help me with that it would be appreciate.

once you have the radio trim off, you should be able to get your fingers under the side there... be careful because they have wires attached to the back of them, so you don't want to get them off and keep pulling and rip the wires... what i did was i eased it out as much as possible, and stuck a screwdriver behing the metal clip and kinda pried it out that way...
