Ebay Black Headlight Housings

Ok, so just curious, but has anyone had problems with buying the black headlight housings off of ebay in terms of quality or anything else?

i bought a set of black ebay headlights and the passenger side headlight gets aaaa lot of condensation. it has been resealed and still condensates. i believe it is getting in thru the rubber gasket that surrounds the main bulb. it doesnt form a tight seal against the back of the headlight.
