eBay Halo Projectors with HIDs

So do you think that these head lights will work better with HIDs? Are they just regular halo projectors with HIDs in them or are they specially made for HIDs?
I bet the quality of the HID kit is bad so I mainly want this for the housing. Does anyone have these?
