they just look a tad blueish....no halogen bulb can reproduce the output of an xenon bulb.

100w / 80w ?????

Hope you carry a fire extinguisher because either your wiring / fuse box is going up in smoke or your headlights will turn to molten goo. 50/50 which happens first.....

You couldn't run D2R bulbs in your stock headlights because they are made for 9007 bulbs.

The bulbs you linked to are 80w low / 100w high, your stockers are 55w low / 65 w high.

The wiring is designed and sized for the stock wattage bulbs, pulling that much more power out of your stock wiring harness is just asking for trouble. Even if you upgraded the wiring (doable for sure) the heat these things make will likely melt / burn the covers on your lights.

If you want blue bulbs to hold you over until you get projectors + hid's, make sure they are the stock wattage......

oh ok. so running those bulbs even with HIDS are a no no without projectors? the only reason i was considering these because they reduce the glare spots that blind people.

No he's saying those bulbs are a no no unless you upgrade your wiring because they will draw to much power and melt the wires which will cause a fire...
