Gonna be another set of TL retros round here to go along with the several other "first ever"










Ive almost got my actual "first ever" '10 RX350 retro done too....this stupid crazy heat is only thing keepin me from finishing em, not sure if Im sticking with these shrouds (MCR)

I agree, thats what makes these two projectors the best bixenon units out there. cutoff just needs to be straight/effective, I dont get peoples fascination with the cutoff honestly.

But since we dont drive into walls all the time wall shots are just good for seeing the pattern, especially since based on wall shots youd think the MH1(the most popular projector right now, used in a huge percentage of Cobalt retros) was pretty comparable to the TL, which is far from the truth when it comes to actually lighting the road

 

I honestly don't either lol I just like a nice blue/purple cutoff. Might be the ricer in me though

 

yup, thats definitely the ricer in ya. I could care less about the color band and flicker.

 

The zipties are just for mockup...it will be much more securely fastened.
