front bumper sag

my ss has had the sagging bumper syndrome since ive had the car. never really cared to do anything about it. but i believe it was in an accident prior to me owning it, because the front crash bar is bent. I have had a few minor accidents like getting rear ended, but nothing that wouldve bent the crashbar.

i was looking at parts diagrams for the front end and noticed that the bumper has a foam support piece, but ive never seen any foam on my car, or in any pictures on threads with the bumper removed. i would imagine that this would help my issue, but i might need a new crashbar as well. could probably pull one off of a cobalt at a junkyard though, so thats not such a big deal. but i was wondering if that foam piece was even on the car, or if i am missing some support pieces. also, all of my undercar plastics are gone as well.

any help would be appreciated

Foam is either crushed or not there. Had the same issue with my jbody. New foam support/impact absorber fixed that issue

ill try to post pics later. i definitely need new parts. i was just trying to make sure that the ss came with foam. i wasnt sure, because mine has never had foam. i think whoever had my car before probably wrecked it and just replaced the bumper and left the foam out. but okay, ill add foam to the list.

where can i pick up the plastics for the undercar and wheel well. i dont know the proper name for this piece

Wheel liners. Probably pick them up on rockauto or a salvage yard. Doubt any vendors would carry those items.
