FX-R Projector Help

I retro-fitted a set of fx-r projectors from retrofit source, I have had them in for about a year now and they worked and look great. Yesterday they stopped working. So I have no low or high beams but I have halos which I added in the retro fit and switchback leds as running lights those all work fin but no headlights. I have checked the grounds to the projectors seem to be fine, have checked fuses and nothing seems bad. When I wiggle the solenoid wires coming off the projector for the high beam shield/cut off you can hear it flip up and down, so I think i still have power through the harness. I also have checked both bulbs and they seem fine as well. I am confused and at a loss of what to check next. I dont know why they would go out all of the sudden and especially both at the same time. Could this be a ballast issue? But could both ballasts go bad at the same time?

I just need some help, any suggestions? I need my car back running, headlights are kinda important.

The relay harness itself has a fuse, check that for corrosion, as that can screw around with the lights.

I have checkedthe harness fuse it doesnt look blown or corroded but after I might justbuy new fuses for the harness and the fuse box fuses to see if that does anything.

Any other ideas?

All the wires are good? This happened to mine the other day, but the only thing wrongs was my connection to the battery was bad.. An both ballasts could go bad at the same time after a year if you put em in the same time... An they're shitty lol

Yeah they look fine. I think I still have power because the solenoids to the high beams still flip up and down just not lights.

Got a multimeter? Check for voltage at the plugs for the ballasts. If you have power there your ballasts/bulbs need checking. If you have no power there, something in your harness is shot.

I talked with matt from TRS he said it's something in the relay so they are sending me a new harness. Great customer service once again.
