My old (1990) 13b non turbo RX-7 while it was stock I put the turbo dash with nothing else needed it was always on the money maybe 1mph off I went form 140 to 160mph on the dash

and yeah I reached it in 4th @ like 7k rpm kept going to 9-10k rpm and kept going into 5th for about 1 more @ like 6K rpms so I was at least above 200mph but the turnpike is all I had and the toll both was comming up I had to slow down - it was TT before it blew had a lot of work and money put into it until it caught fire

so the cobalt is my next big project

You can get ones that only go up to 120, 140, or 160. No calibration should be needed, assuming u put the needles back on straight

Sorry about that, didn't fully understand the question. I don't believe they do, since the boost gauge isn't supposed to be torn into. They're cheap enough though. I really like the Phantom line. Probably what I'll go with.

I was actually offered a free set of overlays from BlackCatCustom if I took apart my boost gauge and documented the whole process along the way. Needless to say, I tried, and I ended up spending most of my time getting the boost gauge back together and working. You're better off getting a different gauge all together. The stock autometer boost gauge is not designed to be taken apart or have it's face changed.
