ok guys i spoke with pclear about this whole clear tail lights project bc i too was looking into making these. i am going to become a vendor most likely very shortly and i will be taking care of the coupes for now. Pclear if he becomes a vendor etc. will be taking care of the sedans and ions. now i was going to make the exact same lenses as in this pic.

remember you can also go with the bulb that has a silver look to it but lights red like this:




***make sure that the lenses on that cobalt above are the ones you want bc like those i am making a clear copy of the original. another OPTION i was thinking about doing was a smoke lense option. i know some hate the stock tail lights with night shades on them bc they look like a weird dark purple instead of black bc of the red. you could either get the clears and spray night shades on them or i could add a black like die to black or smoke them out. let me know your opinions and im sure pclear could also offer the smoke/black tails for the sedan etc.

*** another thing, the side markers and the 3rd brake light will be options on top of the 4 piece kit. if enough people really want those done then i'll do those also.

wut r u talking about? a mold doesn't make a light dot approved. ur kidding right lol? its the materials etc. I'd have to find out the exact details on how its approved but I'm sure its gotta be sent out and tested against impact etc.

just b/c they are DOT approved does not mean that they are within the legal guidelines of your state/local laws.
